We all know that the Dictator is ignorant, so he's chosen all the ignorant people he can find to not only be head of the Health Department (which is an oxymoron now), but actually all the rest of HIS government (cabinet members and department heads) positions.

I whole heartedly agree. But the question is what to do. Waiting for Trump to implode. Or congress to flip, is probably costing lives.
