We should turn July 4th into a mass protest against the injustices being perpetrated on us by the oligarchs, billionaires,SC judges and dishonest Grand Old Pedophile toadies that have infected our institutions with malice.
On Saturday, Nov. 15, 1969 over 500,000 anti-war activists marched in D.C. and showed up at demonstrations throughout the country and the world to protest the war in Vietnam. I was there.
Wouldn’t it be grand if a couple of million showed up on the 4th to protest autocracy and the vulgar displays such as the UFC fight on the front lawn of the white house that further the MAGA grifters?
Richard, I’m not sure the Reflecting Pool will be completed in time to allow for cavorting like we did in 1969. I AM sure that SOMEONE will insist that THIS crowd was bigger than the 1969 crowd!!!
One day he will be wearing an orange jumpsuit and I won't feel 1 ounce of pity for him he should be whipped every day stripped of human dignity with no visitors!
